I am incredibly passionate about Ohio Wesleyan University and believe that Wesleyan Council on Student Affairs plays a vital role in communicating the voice of the student to the university administration. This past term WCSA worked to increase transparency and involved more students in student government. WCSA will continue to build upon what has been established before us, but I also want to strengthen WCSA and make it more accessible to the student body because this is YOUR student government. YOUR voice matters. Therefore, inclusivity and outreach are the main goals for this 2015-2016 Administration.
I have full confidence in all of the newly elected and appointed members. Every single member is excited, passionate, and ready to make a difference. I would encourage every member of the OWU student body to check out WCSA's website and posts regularly to stay up to date with what is going on within our student government. Likewise this administration will continue to reach out to students, faculty, and staff to improve upon our efforts to be the voice of the students.
