Current Standing Orders (Rules)
This file is a copy of our current Standing Orders (rules of procedure). They were last amended on 2 September 2014. WCSA uses a combination of rules from several Parliaments, state Legislatures, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Acceptable precedent works include the House of Representatives Standards and Practice (AU-Reps) and Parliamentary Standards and Practice (UK-HoC).
